We bring together a deep and broad understanding of the world of business, organisations and leadership behaviours, including emotional intelligence and neuroscience.

Karl Croke has completed more than 300 high-end consulting assignments across the globe with the Chairs and Chief Executives of large complex organisations. From 2010 to 2014 he led Board Works, a board advisory company. Up to 2010 he was a Group Board member of The Amrop Group and was Executive Chairman of Europe, Middle East, Africa and India, with responsibility for the offices in 30 countries/2000 staff. Prior to that he worked for a US multinational and commenced his career as a Captain in the Irish Army.

Karl holds a Bachelor of Commerce and MBA degrees from the National University of Ireland Galway. He has successfully completed Harvard Business School’s Corporate Boards Programme, Columbia Business School’s Advanced Strategy Programme, Stanford Graduate School’s Strategic Talent Management Programme and the IOD’s (Institute of Directors) Board Direction exams. He was a member of the NACD’s (National Association of Corporate Directors, USA) Blue Ribbon Commission in 2013 on Talent Development.
