Mentoring for CEOs and Chairs

We engage in a formal and confidential working relationship with each CEO and Chair. One-on-one sessions begin with the agreed mentor in a safe environment so that the Chief or Chair is allowed to explore ideas, self-reflect and unload. Throughout the process the mentor acts as the sounding board, counsel and advisor. We work with you on the barriers that are holding back your performance. We encourage you and we are also realistic and honest.

Each leader is different, therefore the mentoring is tailored to their specific needs.

Phase One

We commence by putting together a background picture, for each leader. This commonly involves outlines of the individual’s leadership style, personality profile, emotional intelligence and development needs.

Phase Two

Structured interviews to evaluate and validate the background picture.

Phase Three

Then we work with the leader on specific development needs over an agreed period.
